Click'n'Load (CNL) is a method for handing several download links to a download manager such as JDownloader with a single click – without copying the links manually. This page explains how Click'n'Load works, what it's good for and how Zaulto uses it to pass links on securely.
Click'n'Load transfers a list of download links straight from the browser to a running download manager. Instead of selecting, copying and pasting each link individually, a single click on the web page is enough – the manager receives all links at once and adds them to its queue.
Technically, the web page sends the links encrypted to a local interface of the download manager (by default on your own computer). The manager decrypts them and adds them. This saves time and avoids mistakes when copying long lists manually.
The best-known download manager with Click'n'Load support is JDownloader. When JDownloader runs in the background, it automatically detects the web page's Click'n'Load call and takes over the links. JDownloader also processes DLC container files directly – both routes lead to the same result: all links collected in the manager.
Zaulto generates Click'n'Load links and DLC container files for your protected containers. Importantly, the handover to the download manager only happens after the visitor has passed the access protection – password, captcha and geo/IP rules. This keeps the convenience of Click'n'Load without leaving the links exposed online.
So Zaulto combines two worlds: the fast one-click transfer into JDownloader and the encrypted, controlled access of a link container.
Both methods achieve the same goal. Click'n'Load is most convenient when the recipient already has JDownloader open: one click and done. A DLC file is handy when the links should be saved or imported later. Zaulto offers both options so the recipient can pick the route that suits them.
Click'n'Load takes the tedious copying off your hands – and with Zaulto the access protection stays in place. Create a container, secure it and share it via Click'n'Load or as a DLC file.
